It is the reason that I feel emotional attachment to ANYONE is too painful to contemplate, and we'd probably all be better off without it. <br /><br />The "inner Dionysus" reminds me very much of the Hermit (trump 9) from the Tarot; someone who has shunned the world, and left it for dead, so that he can simply be in and with his own company and learn about himself. At least we cannot be parted from ourselves in this Hellish existence, and when we finally do die, that is surely a blessing; as long as we are not strapped down by the meat hooks of attachment.
