The Hadrian collection, particularly of the so-called Maritime Theatre at Hadrian Villa outside Rome, are an eye-opener. I have often seen pics of the surviving ruins of the "Theatre" (& visited them myself), but have never such a well-fleshed vizualization of the interior chambers as-they-once-looked.
