YOU CAN HEAR THIS BBC RADIO PLAY
ABOUT ANTINOUS ONLINE RIGHT NOW

THIS is your chance to hear a BBC radio drama about the mystery surrounding the death of Antinous ... on BBC iPlayer Radio ... by clicking on the embedded link at the bottom of this entry.

Entitled THE GLASS BALL GAME, it stars ANDREW GARFIELD of "Spiderman" fame as Antinous himself.

He portrays Antinous during the final days of his life on the fateful journey up the Nile with Emperor Hadrian, Empress Sabina, the Empress' confidante Julia Balbilla ... and infamous historian and gossip-monger Suetonius.

This written-for-radio production skillfully weaves all their lives together ... to culminate with the untimely death of Antinous ... leaving the radio listener privy to the secret story of what REALLY happened.

Priests of Antinous can heartily endorse this BBC4 radio adaptation by Mike Walker.

A contingent of priests and Antinous adherents from three countries were privileged to be on hand for a live readers-theatre production of the play earlier this year during Gay History Month at the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology in London.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Mike Walker and discussing this brilliant play with him.

This is a rare experience ... CLICK HERE ... and listen to this extraordinary radio play now. It is only being aired for a limited time!
