A DAY IN POMPEII

 NOW ERUPTING IN DENVER

THE POMPEII show at the BRITISH MUSEUM may be too far away in terms of distance and time.

If you live in the Western US and can't wait until next March and can't travel to London, then by all means check out the traveling exhibit A DAY IN POMPEII at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

The stunning show, featuring plaster casts of victims of the eruption along with artefacts from the buried city, has already toured Australia and three American cities. It will be in Denver through January 13, 2013.

The lost city's homes, gardens and businesses are featured at the exhibit as well as a description of the deadly volcanic eruption that led to the city's demise.

To buy tickets, you can log on to www.dmns.org/pompeii or call 303-370-6000.

Check your local listings to find out when this traveling exhibition may come to your country or city.
